Keeping Track of the Time

The Palm comes with a little date timer installed. Some tips to make it more effective are as follows:

If you click on Details and then "Note" you can write out the agenda for the meeting or your notes for the lesson. Then as you walk around town and a thought comes to mind about the meeting you can put it there for later

If you click on Details and then "Repeat" you can put all your re-occuring events in like staff meeting and prayer.

If you click on Details and then "Alarm" you can set the Palm to make a noise just before an event to remind you it is coming up (I use this for my alarm sometimes :)

I have also installed a little tool that records my hours. I just press start when I begin a task and then stop when I am done and it records how long I spent. Since I can organize these hours by tasks I can soon see how I am balancing my time between discipleship, study, administration and prayer.
